We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appoitment. Any no-show will result in the full amount of the scheduled service being charged to the credit card on file. This police helps us respect our artists' time and accommodate all clients fairly. Please note that the down payment required to secure your booking is non-refundable and will be credited toward your scheduled service.
